Return Policy  

Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your purchase as soon as possible. We are extremely understanding and want you to love your vintage pieces. Items are preloved and may have minor signs of wear. Any major issues will be listed. Vintage tag size is not applicable to modern day sizing. We offer exchange or store credit only if notified within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Processing

We have a 3-5 day processing time. After placing your order please allow 3-5 days for us to get your order prepared before we ship it out to you, this includes rush shipping. This time allows us to double check the product, mend any loose buttons, have the item professionally cleaned and ready for you to wear when it arrives at your door. 

Shipping

Shipping ranges from $5-$10, depending upon the weight of the item. Packages are sent out via USPS First Class Mail. Rush Shipping is available for a small additional fee. Please note our processing time above. We MUST be notified if you need your package by a certain date. Tracking info will not be given unless requested at the time of purchase.

Local Pick Up

We offer a free local pickup option for a website purchases. Orders can be picked up at Mobile Store in Downtown Charleston, Our schedule is listed in our calendar under the “Pop Ups” Tab and can also be found on our instagram @Redrosevintageshop.

Orders must be picked up within 10 days from the time of purchase, or item will be restocked and you will not be refunded.
